How are Growth and Strategy roles from a longetivity and work satisfaction perspective ?

Hi, as the title suggests - I am looking for roles in the growth/strategy or product analytics based fields. I have more than 4.5 years of experience and it mostly consists of consulting, business and product analytics heavy projects. For the past year I have been mostly working as a data engineer specific role and want to make a switch. If you come across such roles or if your company is hiring then do let me know. Hey folks, I'm wondering what kinda role I should pursue next after product management. I'm done with this role, works vary from company to company and team to team. It's tough to make people understand the difference between pre-PMF products & mature products, and how the metrics impact vary across the spectrum. And this completely changes the equation of your appraisal or your promotion as well. I don't see myself working in the same kind of role after 5 years. So I'm wondering what kinda role I should look out for? My general interests are more analytics & strategy centric. What do you guys think??

Hi guys, I have a tier - II MBA, 5 years of work-ex post MBA. I currently work in marketing and the pay is good. However, I struggle with my mental health in this role, especially because I am an introvert who deals with ADHD. I have figured out that IC roles with minimal dependency on other people is where I thrive. I also like working with data in my role, whenever I get the chance to do so. I figured that Data Analytics/Science could be one of the fields that I could work well in. How do I pivot to this field? Where do I start? What kind of salary structure can I look at? What would be the growth? Is it even worth it?
