It’s the perfect weather to stay cooped in at home - eat hot parathas and binge. Alas in office and dreading my commute back. Hope my swimming skills don’t get tested

Is it normal i recently switched from startup to a mid size us based company and the workload just dropped by 80%, it my first time working for a non startup am i doing something wrong do i need to take more initiative, look at the backlogs and assign those bugs to myself, discuss about the tech debt so on and so forth

Yes this is normal, Indian startups do tend to overwork you!
