Data engineering vs Data science

I would like to know from real world data scientists if they think, data science is better than Data engineering. I am a data engineer with 2.6 YOE. I want to grow. But should i focus more on data engineering or should i focus on data science for my career growth. I need some valuable suggestions.

It's about skillset buddy..

You already have knowledge on Data Engineering,

For Data Science it's about - analyzing the data using Statistics

What you can do is, May be focus on l skillset of Mlops where your Data Engineering skill will be used in great extent during Implementing the Model..

Try out some courses on MLOps and LLMOps of self paced courses to see if it matches your interest , then invest the time on the same on Instructor training program
