Some of those you never get back. If you're overwhelmed, you're the problem. Learn to set boundaries. Have standards for yourself and the people in your life. Most importantly have priorities. This doesn't happen overnight of course, takes time. Start with deleting all social media apps. All. Abstain from pornography. Eat very little for a few days. This puts you in a state of boredom and out of boredom you will start having questions. If you listen closely enough, the answers will come too.
I recommend carrying a pen and a notebook during this time, helps to write things down. Be friends with your self first.
Thats a lovely answer. Just a little caveat Ive clinically diagnosed adult ADHD and to some extent that and the environment Ive grown in has made me deep emotions very deeply. I feel thats what overwhelming me. But yes all the points you mention, I’ll positively give them a go and let you know in a while how it pans out.

I am chatting with a girl I met for about 10 days, she replies after a day or two, I assumed she is not interested and decided to move on but then she swoops in again sounding as if she is interested. I am getting tired of this shit

Just tell her that you don't like getting replies after 1-2 days. Tell her that's disrespectful and you want her to get better, if she is busy or knows that she'll be busy, ask her to inform you and communicate more. If she still doesn't communicate/improve, stop. Don't tolerate disrespect. Plenty of fish in the river.
Protect your heart is what I've learnt. Never fully open up unless you're absolutely sure this is the person you are going to spend the rest of your life with. Or else, you're cooked.
