Depends on which device you are, if older then you will definitely feel it go bit sluggish

14pro it is still facing this problem
Have a 14 pro as well, for me it became better

11 Pro user here. Not experiencing any significant lag compared to previous OS updates.

13 pro here, initial iOS 17 made it a bit jittery and battery life went for a toss, but with 17.0.3, it has become better than before.
