when work hours exceed 8 hrs per day. This 8 hrs should be include lunch and tea breaks for about 45 mins.
If your work can be done from home, yet the company insist on coming to office.
Expecting people to come forward and take up extra work to show commitment.
arranging parties during after office hours and expecting everyone to turn up for "team building"
Not everybody has to talk and contribute in meetings. It is perfectly fine for people to stay silent if they have nothing to contribute.
forcing people to participate in the stupid things that HR does.
