delivery manager salary in tcs senior level package
Folks, got offered Delivery Manager role in TCS Pune Internally. 10 YOE, 24 LPA CTC. Grapevine shows higher range. Am I being lowballed?

24 LPA for a 10 YOE DM sounds low. Ppl with this exp usually get btwn 28-32 LPA, esp in demanding domains.
The variable pay in TCS can be pretty significant, so don’t overlook it. Sure, it’s not always guaranteed, but when you hit your targets, it adds up nicely. Just make sure to factor it in when calculating your total compensation.
Push for joining bonus or retention bonus.
