I am selected in both Deloitte and Cognizant for the role of Automation Tester with 6.3 YOE.
Cognizant is giving better package but if Deloitte matches the same package then which company should I join?

Which company will have to much of Workload / work Pressure? Which company has better Work Culture? Which company will have better Job security (comparatively) ?
It depends on you how u want to proceed
Currently my old team is working as a automation tester in one project everything is good like work culture and all work load is also very less and client is also good. But another old teammate who is still in bench he is lateral hired and ageing started and not getting project and ageing also started.
In Deloitte you will not have finding project issue lots of good budget project are available but only work pressure is very high in compare to cognizant but some time depend on project also.
It's my personal opinion go with Deloitte because of big 4 brand name which later you can easily change between different big 4 org and career growthwise it's good .
Deloitte often has more workload and pressure. Work culture is better at Deloitte, but Cognizant might offer more job security, though layoffs can happen anywhere. Choose what suits your priorities.
