No work life balance. Planning is a joke. Design leader has just called it quits. Product leaders not worthy of being called leaders.

Product culture is not so good. CEO has 2-3 pet Product Managers. Decision making is purely on their hands. WLB sucks for tech and product, no idea about Design.
