Disney star- viacom18 merger... What to expect?

What I see happening

Hotstar gets merged with JioCinema or Voot All freebies withdrawn

Viacom is the coolest culture amongst all. Star and Disney have a very cut throat culture.

Since it's a merger, I believe that a new entity will be formed, which would be similar to how Hotstar was previously with the content, with its current quality. The pricing may become a bit more tougher, and I forsee them taking over all others.

But Sony and Zee is yet to produce a results after their merger.

Reliance culture will be brought in to this. When reliance acquired viacom18 majority, all offsites to International locations and few other good culture practices were cut out. Same will happen here although Disney star was not a great employer. . Star team is good people but culture not that great so they will enjoy
