Do I have a shot at good B schools in the US or do I need another year of work ex? PS: I do not intend to stay in the US after my degree will come back immediately or in 1-2 years depending on the situation

You intend to come back at max 2 years? Unless you are really really rich, this almost never happens due to the size of the loan. Otherwise 2 yrs is too short, honestly it also depends on the profile, if you have undergrad in IVY etc. some stellar background it might just happen.

What is a big4 ?

Usually top business schools require work ex of around 3-5 years.

You should do your research on the college you want to take admission in

No Idea about your odds but I think you should spend 3-4 years at US working after your MBA, as it will help reduce your significant loan amount for MBA(if you take a loan). Like having a 150k USD loan for MBA and then earning 50 lpa in India will make life hard, in US you might make 120k USD approx ig
