What questions are asked to CA Fresher in an interview at Big 4 in an FPI department?
Also, suggest ways to answer the question and how to prepare for the same
If not then why? And what should one must do to get the job at big 4?
I know someone who took 8 years to complete their CA. Obviously multiple attempts.
Joined Big 4 as an articled clerk much before they cleared their CA and made partner at 36.
So, in summary - possible.
In this case he was already an article at the firm so they knew how he works and was known to the work culture of the Big 4...So it was easy for the firm to choose for the role.
Further, what i have heard is that the Big 4 don't recruit candidates who have cleared the exam in more than 3 attempts
Everyone will have a different journey. Why don't you apply and check :) Good luck.
Apply via institute and/or referral. Prep well for interview. Big 4 are EXTREMELY short staffed. All they need is someone who can clear their interview. Attempts hardly matter. For most folks, that just proportional to their preparation.

You’re not in Big 4 for the money early in your career. Your 20s should be spent laying the foundations of your career in your late 20s to early 40s.
Money will never be fantastic compared to industry. People aren’t paying Big 4...
Please post the numbers with the name of the firm Also, please suggest the ideal structure of the salary e.g % if basic pay, % of DA , % of HRA etc
Anybody looking for opportunities or can help someone? Please feel free to refer in anybody that this may help.
