A Product Manager is only as good as the product he has worked upon.

You are not the CEO of the product (unless you're CPO/CEO)

-Always think from the perspective of the end-user !
-Never ignore the end users feedback -Follow 80/20 rule during MVP phase -Do discuss about all the suggestions of all stakeholders no matter how stupidest it may sound

Ui/ux is not Product. Understand how the whole machine/product works

Don't ignore the boring things – the devil's is in the details!
