Dual employment is must

I think after zero job security and no loyalty towards employees. I feel all of us should do moonlighting or have a backup always. The government takes 30 percent tax and employees shares vesting period is also high they wanted to hit employees. So I feel we should behave the same back to employers as well . Do moonlighting or freelancing and don't put more than 60 percent effort on the day job.
