Dubai- Salary for 4yr PQE (Project manager)

I am having discussions for a prospective role for a project manager role. I am currently working as a consultant with 4yrs of experience and don't have any project management certification. What should be a reasonable salary range? Also, just like India has Glassdoor and Ambitionbox, suggest good sites for Dubai.
