Duplicate item received on Flipkart
I received an order from Flipkart but the product I received is not original this I can confirm from the packaging. How to raise a complaint when I call the customer care and report the issue they are just seeing the images I sent and telling that it is the expected one and rejected my return claim. how to resolve this?

If it's an electronic item like mobile or charger, you can easily confirm if its original or not by checking the IMEI (for mobile) number or other details provided on charger on the NOTHING website. You need to be 100% sure.
Just because packaging is not of great standard cannot confirm it's fake.
If the above check confirms its not original, you can take it as a proof and recheck with Flipkart
Last option is consumer court if Flipkart still doesn't listen.
