FT40 UK MBA move to strategy/partnerships role in Indian Startups

I'm 27, I've got 3 years of experience. 2 pre mba as a software developer at a US MNC (financial sector) and then total 1 year experience post mba (top 5 bschool India) as a pm. I quit my job for 7 months post mba to pursue entrepreneurship with an accelerator. Due to recent experiences, I've kind of had it and want to explore opportunities abroad. I know the MS route is the most common but back then I couldn't have afforded it. So I got a master's here because I got a good bschool. Now I'm feeling I'm stuck here, so for anyone who's managed to successfully move abroad post mba in India. 1. How did you do it? (Except internal transfers) 2. How many yoe did you have post mba? 3. Did you take a hit in comp (PPP basis) I am currently making 33lpa fixed + 6-7 in bonus/esops etc. I don't speak any foreign languages. What are my options? Do I have any options?

Hi folks, looking seriously for a job switch in a strategy role. Highlights about myself: -> I have ~ 3.5 years of work ex. -> Entrepreneurial stint in the wealth management space where we were trying to build an AI assistant to automate everyone' s personal finance. -> MBA From ISB post closing the startup due to regulatory slowdown -> Wanted to get a strategy/ PM role in the campus placement but, due to market conditions, got a job as program manager in a lending startup. I had high hopes from it but it turned out to be utter disappointment on many levels. I know the market is not great right now but I am optimistic that it's not that bad. Any help or referral would be really appreciated:)

I want to know the right time to switch? How much time should someone with 5-7 yrs of experience in product / business strategy spend in one company (ideally)? Context: I am in a product strategy role where I am working with the founders and leadership team. I have done engineering and MBA from tier 1 colleges. I have 2 yrs of pre MBA and 4.2 yrs of post MBA experience. My Annual compensation is the range of 35-40 lpa. Post MBA, I have done a startup for 1.5 yrs, worked in 2 unicorns for 1 yr each. In a serious B funded startup right now with 9 months of experience.

What biz roles in India are being offered at 40-50 LPA for Tier 1 MBA grads (non consulting) right now?

Graduated from NMIMS in 2023- BSc Finance. Interned at some marquee IB firms and startups. Working at an NBFC in an MD's office role- Strategy Consultant since then. Having done multiple projects for the company, I now want to switch to a consulting company where I can have a more diversified set of projects. But the market being the way it is, I'm not able to find reasonably good opportunities on LinkedIn. How do I go about the whole thing then? Would be grateful for any suggestion or referrals.
