How do you cope with jobs that you don't like but you need?

Eg: you're a graduate in mass media, now you're working in an advertising agency stuck managing social media of brands and listen to bs from your managers/seniors who pretend to be marketing geniuses on a daily basis. You know you're not learning anything concrete about the industry from them + this is not even your passion, but you're doing this job because of financial responsibilities. You can't follow your passion until you bring yourself in a position of making a choice. You keep overthinking about this everyday and hence you cannot perform at work. This demotivates you even more and suddenly it becomes a loop. (Asking for a friend)
