Help with ITR

Hello finance experts, I am filing itr for first time actually I Have got money credited from two places one tds comes under section 192 which is my salary account and other from where I did intern which is 194JA which is related to professional or technical services provided now ? Help me choosing which itr 1,2,3,4? And where should I add the other amount the salary amount is automatically comming under gross salary and I don't have form 16 for intern stipend although I can see that under my ais/tis and form 26as ?

Hi, experts I was filing itr, so needed help, I started my job from May 2022, but before that I did an internship where I got salary credited to my account , it was around 1500 for one month (March) for this assessment year and also they did deduct a tds of around 300 rupees which I can see on my itr home page . So should I include those amount in my gross income while filing tds ( I have only included my current gross salary) ?

Hi community, really love the support I get from folks here. Thanks a lot. Here is another thing I need some opinions on. I did an internship last year and there was some TDS deducted. That was my only source of main income. I checked the Form26AS and yes it was present along with some TDS on my MF investment and all. Now this is my first time filing ITR, how should I go approach? Get a CA? If yes, how to contact one? How much do they usually charge? File by myself? Or any tips you have would be really appreciated. You can also share your experience. Thank you 😊.

I had taken up a 5 year tax saver FD in previous financial year. Due to some weird reason, my company had rejected it and this investment under 80C does not reflect in Form 16. Now while filing ITR, should I add this amount of FD under 80C?

As I paid 1L interest on education loan so my current employer approved the deductions under 80E. However, the deduction amount under 80E is 2L basis the pre-filled info in ITR. What if I do not modify the deduction amount? Please advise!

Hi All, I switched to a new company last year and because of penalty clause, my joining bonus is deducted from the f&f settlement of the previous company. The issue is in my form 16 they have included it in my total earnings. Now my old employer is not correcting it. Whats the way forward? Can i correct it while filing ITR?

Hey guys , I changed job in Oct 2022 , as i am a fresher and didn’t have knowledge - i didn’t check my payslips thoroughly and realizing just now that they didn’t cut tds from Oct - March . What will be the steps i have to do now in my ITR ? Is that illegal from my company ? Will it be a problem for me? Ps - Although they have cut ₹5156 from April 2023 in the name of total income tax , as per the new guidelines.
