Which company you have applied more than 10 times and still got rejected ?

Hey devs , i am 2023 grad from tier 3 college , 1.3+ yoe in cloudops ,fully remote ,8 LPA , got placed in campus . So i have been trying to switch and been appling to multiple companies ,no luck ,didn't even got a single call from HR. So i was looking which company i have applied the most number of times ,and it was JPMC . Literally applied 16 times in 3 years national & international location , lmaao never got a test link or anything. Same with Amazon ,applied like 10 times in 4 years , American express same , servicenow,salesforce, Western digital ,meesho , autodesk,myntra etc . My reusume ATS Score is 81on resumeworded website, have solved 250+ leetcode questions but anyways i never got the chance to showcase my skills lmaao . Its seems like luck is not on my side or its my bad time going on ,life is funny and life is quite uncertain😄 So by which company you have been rejected by most ?

Just to state that it a part of the journey (and also to convince myself), here are the list of companies where I got rejected so far in my career during job search: 1. Makemytrip 2. Gojek 3. Phonepe 4. Swiggy 5. Atlassian 6. Shaadi.com 7. Amazon And tons of other places

Trying to see companies that people here have had the dream to join, but didn’t ultimately work out. Have you now grown over it?

I was persuing cse from a decent college in pune . In my last year i.e.2023 , I was placed in a startup in pune with CTC 5 lpa but it had bond of 2 years ,so I rejected that offer .I ended up getting my college placement account banned because according to them I was already placed ,so I started looking for jobs off campus,but I never thought it's going to be this hard to look for jobs off campus. Applying to multiple companies in a day ,resume getting rejected and then applying again .for some where I get shortlisted, they keep on asking questions from things which are not even mentioned in my resume although their jd don't even mentioned those skills .In some companies where my interview was 10 on 10 (according to me), still they rejected me and when asked they used to say ,they found more suitable candidates. I graduated in September 2023 , and I am still looking for job , trying to upgrading myself everyday to get better. I never regret my decision of not accepting that job. I don't know if I am getting any job or not but I am gonna be more strong and better with each passing day . Regards .

I have got an offer from Oracle, but in their service based domain, hike is fair but its all fixed comp and no ther benefits. I am applying to so many jobs but getting rejected. Not a single call from a product based company. I don’t want to work in service based as my experience in Infosys is pathetic. Till now I applied for about 200+ jobs but the problem is- Getting calls only from some unknown startups and their budget is low if they compare to my offer. Not getting shortlisted in any product based even with referrals. There is only one thing to be happy, that I have an offer and even if its service domain in Oracle, in experience I can show comapny name as Oracle and it won’t be mentioned whether its service based or product. But internally I know it won’t help in long run. It will only be showing in my linkedin that I work at Oracle. Frustrated with applying jobs and getting rejected everywhere. 2 month of notice remaining, not sure what shoudl I change in my strategy or what should I do. Overthinking is also cherry on the cake.

I am seeing lots of jobs post on LinkedIn from various companies and when u apply to them there is no call back or any update from them. I am now like confused if those post are even true or not? Anyone face/observe this

Profile- 4 YOE, B.Tech from old IIT I started looking for new roles towards the end of June, and it took me approximately two months to get an offer letter. My skillset in a niche technical area helped me to get this offer. My advice to folks looking for a job, focus on your strengths and do not get discouraged. It's brutal out there, but you need only one job. Stay focused.

I am a java full stack developer with 2+ yoe. Have built projects in MERN as well. I've been trying to switch and started applying 2 months back in hopes of at least getting some interviews, but it looks like it's becoming a task nowadays. My mail is full of rejections for most of the applications I've submitted on naukri and LinkedIn. So, now till this date I had just got one interview for PWC. Is it the same for everyone? Or am I doing something wrong here?
