Took a job at a prestigious firm for the name, but the work culture is toxic.
The brand name opens doors, but I'm miserable daily. How does one successfully leverage a short stint at a big name without burning out completely
Same thing is happening with me and I’m actively looking to leave. I’d happily go for a smaller brand that pays well and is non toxic
