Hello everyone, I recently joined a service-based company as a fresher and was assigned a domain. Despite my efforts to learn and adapt, I have found that this domain does not align with my interests. My true passion lies in becoming a Web3 developer or a full-stack developer. I would greatly appreciate any advice on how to effectively upskill myself from a project perspective in these areas. Additionally, I am seeking guidance on how to apply for positions that align with my interests, so that I can eventually work in a field I am passionate about, with relevant experience. Hey community folks, I wanted to know which approach is best or you tried yourself while trying to switch. I know trends are like either going for product based companies (Amazon, Microsoft, Intel) or going for Management consultancy companies (like Bain, BCG). What should one aim for career growth wise.
