How is Kotak Tech team?

I got offer from kotak but wanted to understand is it of any worth? Since i heard lot of negative things about kotak and culture. No benefits and toxic work culture.

How is tech at Kotak? what are some pros and cons ? What are the benefits they provide to tech employees?

Guys a friend working there told me Kotak Bank is going to cut approx 20 percent of the workforce across all departments. They have already started revoking offer letters. Also they will not be giving increments and bonuses. Tough times ahead. Anyone bearing things from established companies.
