What do you mean by a wellness program? Like free yoga, therapy etc? These kind of things are great but if the culture itself is toxic, uncollaborative, directionless etc, no amount of these things will help retain employees.
Makes so much sense. That said; there is barely any company totally devoid of toxicity and politics. Hence the need for a technology based wellness ecosystem that can gamify wellness on mental, emotional, physical, environmental and nutritional aspects .
