One More Fraud By Groww?

After the recent incident of groww screwing up customers investment, am now scared of their platform. Should i stick on or move to something else? if yes which one? #trading #demat

I see a lot of negative feedback on LinkedIn related to how people redeemed their mutual funds but they didn't get the amount displayed on the app. Any Groww users out there? What's your opinion on these

Guys, i had raised a issue related to my portfolio in groww and they have shared me account statement details, including personal information - email, phone number, full address, PAN number, everything of a ANOTHER CUSTOMER. THIS IS NOT CORRECT. THIS IS A BIGGG ISSUE!!! TOMORROW MY (or your) INFORMATION CAN GO TO SOME OTHER PERSON. WHAT IS THE RIGHT STEP FOR ME TO DO RIGHT NOW AGAINST THIS????

I saw a lot of comments on Groww tweet filled with customers complaining about similar issues of redemption and incorrect price shown etc. Is it really safe? Should everyone move from Groww? Any Groww employee here who can give some honest answer?

Luckily I was checking Groww during the dip and when I tried to add money to buy the dip, there was an error in Groww. The service was down and i wasn't able to add money. While Kite was posting the spike in DAU, Groww missed the huge opportunity of positive marketing and ended up with negative reviews everywhere. Expecting a down trend in active users for Groww as the platform proved unreliable for any major event days.

Which mutual fund investment apps would you recommend that offer good control over invested funds? Why would you recommend it? On the contrary, which apps should I avoid at all costs?
