What's the best course/resource to learn sales?

Go outdoors and chat up people. Try to sell them an idea. Or an object. It could be a non-existent charity as well. Or, it could be getting them to subscribe to your views on a socio-political topic. Shadow good salesmen on and off the field. Once you know how to sell you can move up the layers to learning more strategy.
