Are there any Indian startups with good work culture ?
Just a curious question, I like the idea of working for startups and building new teams, I am seeing massive layoffs and toxic culture news around , any good bets in-terms of work culture?
I am compiling a list of startups that are having culture focussing on the employees.
Companies who promote flexible work hours, hybrid work culture, outcome driven approach, promotes experiantial learning along with learning resources, provides benefits in health wellness, food coupons, outings, benefits coverage for family, deserving appraisals etc.
Please name your company in comment if you think it fit in, once the list is made, I will share it with everyone to give preference to said companies for joining/job opportinity.
TIA!
The day I start my own venture, I will add it to the list here.
Are there any even?

Companies are supposed to focus on bigger things, not what employees want necessarily. Companies are much more than even the founders and internal teams. That's how many of them are able to last generations while all others close down within 10-20 years.
Vision over teams. Visions will outlast human lives. Look for ambition, not comfort zone. What you've listed is basically comforts. Strange coming from a founder, I guess you're funded.
