I just converted to employee and my project is Australian project university project. I want to improve my English accent ,please suggest me any application or url to improve it.
My manager is advising the same and always brings my degrees that u complete this that still no improvement bla bla....please advise.

Just watch lots of movies and pay close attention to how other colleagues and seniors talk to those guys. I guess when you listen an Indian up close how they try to improvise a bit, it helps a great deal.

English accent? Really? Strange! I have a strong Bengali accent in my English.. but it is clearly understandable. Same with many French & Chinese colleagues. I didn't know accent is a big deal. More so, out of all people, an Australian is complaining

Don't ever try to fake accents, it will sound really odd and weird but people won't tell it to your face. Just go with the flow, keep interacting with Aussies, eventually you'll grasp their accent without your knowledge.
