EPF balance not reflecting

Hi, I am facing an issue where my PF balance is not visible on the EPFO portal. Despite entering my UAN and other details correctly, the balance is not reflecting. Could anyone please help me understand the reason for this and guide me on how to resolve it?

PF in TCS is managed by their own trust fund and not by EPFO. Please check in ultimatix under my documents to check your pf statements.

Are you able to login to the account itself?

Yes I can login but it shows the balance as 0, I have almost completed 3 years in TCS now.
