Ex PM intern, then screwed up. Now looking to find my way again.

I used to be a PM intern earlier at a startup, and quite enjoyed what I did. I feel I had a knack for it. Unfortunately, for many reasons, in my final year of college I lost my touch of reality (some personal things) and ended up getting a poor placement offer.

I’ve been trying to get a PM analyst/APM role. I know my mistakes I made, but also feel I can do good work.

Tried applying at many places, but feel I’m shot down because of my non attractive pedigree (given usually I don’t advance to interviews)

Humbly asking for advice on what you would do if you were in my position?

I’ll be greatly indebted for anyone who can help me find the path again 🫡
