What is the salary range in big4 companies for data scientists with 3.5 years of experience?

What should be the salary I should ask ??

I m a data scientist with 2 years of experience. Current I am getting 7.5 lpa at tech Mahindra.

As per current market what salary should be given to me??

Can I get 20-30Lpa??

Current CTC (Fixed+Variable): 10 LPA
