What’s up with Cars24 always hiring devs? Is the retention low or they are expanding?

Recently got an offer from cars24 for backend engineer . Heard a lot of negativity around work life balance. What is the actual work culture at gurugram office?

How is Cars24 for tech culture? Asking about design, engineering, product management. Is it like typical high growth tech companies (e.g. Zepto, Flipkart, Groww, etc.) or is it still evolving? Anyone who’s joined from one of these tech companies to Cars24?

How much does Cars24 pay to SDE 2? How many rounds do they conduct? I just finished my 2nd LLD round. How much should I negotiate with the HR if currently my base is 20LPA ?
