28/M - Have a complete desk job and odd hours of working (US PST Hours). Been feeling burned out and stressed off late. Completely out of shape. BMI high, Did a blood test recently and results are looking worrisome. New to Bangalore, Looking for some suggestions/connections to a good personal trainer and gyms. Found a lot of local gyms but don’t think I have the motivation to get things started on my own, so a good PT and gym would really help. I’m based near Malleswaram and don’t mind travelling 5kms around. Any suggestions or connections in your networks would really help.

Hi, I'm looking for a genuine and a very good therapist in Bangalore - Hennur, Kalyan Nagar, Hebbal and adjourning areas. Been feeling depressed with all the things happening around me, work, personal, social, everything (more towards the personal side). Feel like I'm just hanging by a thread right now. I should have gone to a therapist sooner, maybe last year, by delayed it coz of several reasons, one of them being I don't know any genuine therapists. I tried one in another city around 5 years back, but had a bad experience, that therapist was just waiting for our sessions to be over. It was all money minded business. So I guess I avoided finding one and going to therapy. But right now I really need to do it or else I'll just burst up in I don't know what ways! So please, if anyone knows of a good therapist in the above mentioned areas, please please do let me know.

Currently at 125kgs and 26M. Working in Bangalore. 2 hours goes in travelling (both ways included) and 9 hours in office everyday(Mon-Fri). Please share some tips/transformation stories which can help me in loosing weight. My target is to reach 85kgs.

Folks, are there any good tiffin services around HSR Layout? Is it better to rather have a cook prepare food at your house? Suggestions please. I want to eat healthy. Swiggy healthy options will make me bankrupt if I do it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I suppose I could figure out something for breakfast myself, but cooking myself for all 3 times would be too time consuming for me. Staying alone. No flatmates.

I haven't been doing mentally well since I don't know when. I've been extremely self critical about myself to the extent that it has negatively affected my relationship with loved ones. I think I have ADHD as I strongly feel I have the symptoms that are described in YouTube or in any article online. To make matters worse, I am not doing well in terms of my career, my finances have taken a hit, have gained 12+ kilos since a year, unable to focus on work and upskilling and I have anger issues. I sometimes feel I'm seeking sympathy but in reality, I just need help. There is a lot of guilt, regret and self hatred rooted deep inside me which has wrecked my confidence, self love, compassion which has started to affect others.
