Project Managers & Imposter Syndrome!
How do Managers don't get imposter syndrome? I mean they listen to some people's tasks, then bring that and tell some other people to execute those tasks and then collect those results and show it to the people who asked for it! (Asking for a friend)

Hopefully in few years, when we have enough data to make those stupid decisions better than some human being, these middle manager jobs will get wiped out.
Project manager's role itself is to get a project "executed" with a team. Their mandate is to get a project rolled out within a timeframe by hook or crook.
They need to figure out deadlines, conflicting priorities, resourcing requirements. It has its own pros and cons.
Don't burden yourself thinking that PMs don't do any meaningful work and just coordinate/facilitate things.
