Switching the company after 2+ years on bench

I am 2022 passout 24 yr old.I have joined one service based startup after college for 6.2 Lakh.But Out of 10 months I was on the bench for 8 months so in that period I have prepared for interview and Got the offer of 17 LPA.Its been 8 months in this job , But from last 2-3 months my growth is stagnant and I got bored as their is not much work as well.So should I go for another switch or wait ?

Hey I joined infosys in oct - 2022 and now it’s been 1.8 months. My tech stack is MEAN stack but I was on bench through the year, recently got into a project but for only 4 months. I developed and learned by my own and gained a better knowledge on angular. Now the situation my company has made for me that I need to switch asap, within a month or two. Can anyone suggest me how to prep specifically so that I get offers from other company. My DSA skills are gone and feel like I need to learn again from basics. I have knowledge about angular. Can anyone suggest me how much DSA I should learn and focus right now to clear interviews. I’m planning to get a grasp over python and start doing DSA questions in that plus polishing my angular skills too. I have basic knowledge of node.js MongoDb too. Will I’ll be able to switch within this time frame? Please can anyone guide me through it so that I can plan smartly and can switch. Your help will be really appreciated.

Will there be a bad impression on my resume ,if I switch 2 companies within 4 years (2yrs in 1st company,2yrs in current one).And if I'm planning to switch company now ,with this 4 yrs of experience. PS : There is level progression throughout this shifting process (Associate-> SDE1 -> SDE2)

Need your suggestions, I have a total 7 years of experience and recently switched to one of the organization and this is my 3Rd switch, It has been 3 months no learning scope here and in future roadmap also I couldn't see anything much for my tech stack , and current project is too much of Micromagemet, though of switching to other company, as I switched 3 months back can try other switch now? I'm working in service based company in worst tech (acc to me ). There are not enough projects still they hire so many freshers . Current now I'm 1 year 3 months exp I'm doing self study of data engineer and done some decent project . Should I plan for internal switch or look for outside opportunities. Will I get atleast mid senior role outside?(im planning after 2 years exp) I don't wanna start again in entry level. What checklist should I follow to successful switch. I didn't get any hike for my first year( that's y I'm planning all this) I respect every advice and criticism in my plan Thanks in advance.

I joined as fresher almost 2y ago. I am pretty much skilled and certified in my technology. Is it the right time for me to switch? My lead tells me to work for atleast 1 more year and complete atleast 3 years in my first company. What should I do?

Hi. I’m from WITCH and currently on bench although I’ve cleared all the certifications but have not been assigned to any project. I recently got a call from ThoughtWorks and the HR asked me if I have worked on projects and I said NO and then she asked me if I have been on bench I said yes. My question is what do I say in this scenario? As I want to exit the company because there are no projects, and the other company wants hands on experience.

I am not very fond of the culture at my new company and want to switch jobs within 6 months of joining? Is this frowned upon or is it a common occurrence across the industry? I just don’t want this to tarnish my reputation or harm my future prospects. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

In my nearly 2 years of experience i have switched two companies now in my third company, i am not getting quality work and ownership. What should I do shall I try to switch or stay here and wait for the right time when I will get quality work and ownership.If i switch now then how will it affect my career in the long run.Anyone please help me on this what should I do. i am currently in the third company for past 5 months now.
