Need help in registering a business

I am a Software Engineer living in a rented house in Bangalore. I don't have any property. I want to start a side gig of selling printed T-Shirts in the USA. I think I have some good ideas on design and I think it can act as a good side income. I tried some online websites that offer such services, but soon I realised I need more. I need a TIN number, a business bank account, company registration and trade mark, filing taxes- not sure about us india tax compliance rules. I believe there will be a hell lot of other paper works that would be required. Now I just have some creative ideas that I want to give a try as a side hustle but thinking about setup I feel demotivated. I can bear the idea of what if the hustle fails, but I don't know what to do with trademark and business registration after the hustle fails, can I reuse it for some other kind of businesses? Has someone tried or thought of trying such side ventures? I don't want to leave my job and do this. Is there some subscription service available in India that helps setting up business where an individual like me can try his hand at various entrepreneurship and fail and fail fast and continue until succeeded ? Like, I would love it if all these heavy lifting of setting up business, auditing and taxes are taken care of by someone else and I just focus on the creative part.

I want to start a company so that my apps are published on the play store and appstore under the organisation and not individually. What's the bare minimum registration and compliance required for me to start an organisation? Can we do everything online?

I want to start a small business (online consultancy) with a friend which will require some legal stuff like GST and partnership firm/company registration in India. For the initial days of the business, we will be working full time as well and will work on our business in our free time. If this scales well, we'll probably leave our jobs and work on the business full time. Now, I have a few questions regarding this - is it a case of moonlighting? - What will happen if my employer gets to know this in the future? - What are the legal implications in India for this? - What are the workarounds for this? I've seen many people selling some courses or having a restaurant or some small business along with full time employment. How do they manage to do so?

Hello, I started working as SDE at a regular tech firm a few months back. Prior to that I wanted to get into freelancing, even did a few projects. In the offer letter it's clearly stated that "shouldn't have any other interest in business" and talking around looks like they probably don't want us to have any other sources of income. I feel confident in few skills that I can more on side, (not greedy need more financial stability) My Questions [1] Freelance platforms (fiver, upwork, etc) ask for pan, is it okay if I give my friends/family pan ? [2] Should I register for a LLP on their name, use that pan everywhere and run the business myself ? [3] Is it good idea to run it under an alias ? Any advice / insight / experience would be highly appreciated 🙏

For US based company's employees which provide stocks - How do you file your income tax ? 1. Do you declare your foreign stocks in ITR ? 2. Do you do self filing ? Or use online tax filing websites ? 3. Do you take services of a CA ? I'm looking for best way to do it with minimal involvement from my side.
