Looking for a CTO partner based out of HSR to startup

So here's the background, I'm a product marketing professional in his mid-20s. I'm sick of living every month from pay check to pay check. I feel insecure in my job and can't see myself doing this for the next decade or so with so much uncertainty on my head. I've always wanted to do something of my own and shifted to Bangalore with the hope that I will find a partner along the way. Though I haven't built anything of my own before, I'm trying to grasp product management. Marketing is something I'm good at so no worries on that front. For purposes as stated above, I'm looking for a guy who can handle everything tech while building something in SaaS. Now's the time and age so why not give it a shot? Here's what I'm thinking, the job goes on as usual for both of us, but we can take out a few everyday post working hours to brainstorm something of our own. And the weekends of course. Best shot - we start something of our own, worst shot - we gain some initial experience in entrepreneurship and don't have to feel burdened by insecurities every time our manager demands something different from us. Comment below if you're based in HSR and are willing to join me - to handle everything tech. P.S. I have a 1-BHK so workspace won't be an issue. Seeing this go on for a minimum of 5-6 months before we can break even.
