Investing in SGB

Two questions 1. How can I buy a SGB on Zerodha? 2. How and when can I start trading the SGB on Zerodha?

My parents want to invest in gold and there are many options like physical gold, digital gold, gold etfs, SGBs and after searching the internet, people are saying SGBs are the best way to invest in gold. But there is no new issue of SGBs and we also don't want to invest for 8 years. We are looking for a 4-5 year investment. So, should we buy SGBs from the secondary market ? Is it a good option or we can invest somewhere else which can beat gold returns..

I want to start investing. Be it mutuals funds, or trading, options or day whatever it is. I want to learn it. However, I dont even know which app should I use, let alone where to invest. Any resources which would get me started with beginner lessons, how to start, where to invest, etc. Ps: Dont recommend scammy finfluencers

I am a 23 grad who has managed to save close to 7 L all cash till now. Plan was to enjoy the first 6 months of job and then start with the financial hustle. Seems, I am ready. Need suggestions to allocate ~5L across equity, gold, FDs and other investment instruments. I have an education loan, so tips on that will also be highly appreciated. Hi guys, I have around 4L cash lying around which I wanted to invest. Currently, I think I am in a position to take maximum risks, and see where things go. I also haven’t redeemed the 1.5L tax deduction on Section 80c so PPF and ELSS are open as an investment opportunity. I was worried to invest in the current equity markets. Have just put in around 6.5L into Equities in December (Split equally amongst Large, Mid, Small and Flexi Cap) Needed advice on which seems a better option: - Put 1.5L in PPF and the rest in Large Cap MFs since Large Caps haven’t peaked yet - Distribute the 4L over the next year (~33k/month) and invest it in a SIP to account for market changes - Put the entire amount into equities (1.5L ELSS, 2.5L Large Caps) Also, needed advice if it’s better to look for a Real Estate or SGBs Investment to diversify risk? (<25 yo right now so can take a property around 40-50L to test the waters) What are your views on the current market? I’m planning to continue investing a significant chunk (~50% salary) into SIPs all through. Should I reconsider?

Hi folks, Personally, I thought I should invest in the index fund. Because, I don't want to take the risk with this amount. But I would still like to know 2 things - 1. Is the index fund fine? 2. Is it the right time to invest in lumpsum Or should I do an SIP of 20k? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance :)

What would be the best investment options for a Conservative spending style ? Assuming I'm 30 and have a package of 20 LPA. I prefer bulk investments where I don't have to look into the market conditions regularly to update my investments. Any advice will be greatly appreciated ☺️
