Need to switch from frontend to backend
Can i switch my career from frontend to backend as I am having 3.5 years of experience in react. If I can, than how, as whenever I try to do so i am not shortlisted for backend role. Also in my company it's difficult to switch as they are not allowing to do so ? Thanks in advance 😃😃
Try fullstack positions. Do some course, attach certificate and maybe make some repo with backend language
