Is Kirana Club good company to join?
I am interviewing for Kirana Club, I want to know is it a good company to join from personal growth and other aspects? If you don't know, please suggest how to evaluate such companies.
Nope. I gave their interviews, they asked me puzzles for backend engg role and surprisingly selected me for the role even tho i failed to answer one such puzzle

Surprising..., Why didn't you join then?
Unprofessional engg team and companies which ask for puzzles in gen have very low bar so you are unlikely to have good teammates. I had other offers as well and kirana club offer was very low as well

Interviewed for solo designer role. It seemed okayish. The interview was a bit unprofessional. I was asked for an interview and sent a link at 11:50am for a 12pm interview. Revenue model wasnt very clear but the concept was good.
