Feeling dejected

Everyday when i wake up there is a feeling of emptiness or a sad feeling just by the thought of going to work..earlier i used to think this will get better with time but no it doesn't..has anyone went through the same situation?? how to cope up with this??

In such situation you can do something every day (or only on weekdays) that you have the passion for. This will motivate you to start your next day in a good mood with positive energy. Earlier, I used to feel the same, then I joined language classes (that's what I'm passionate about) that start from 7am to 8am and now every sunday I look forward to Mondays unlike earlier. :P

I was in this situation. Sometimes I am in this too. I dread Mondays. I believe it can result bcoz of lot of factors like your manager, team mates, your self and your motivation to do the work, your love for the work you do, environment, etc.

The way I sorted it out is, figure out what is causing this-

  1. Truth seeking of the root cause of the problem
  2. Once I find it, find ways to resolve it. The resolution needn't be to only thinking about continuing to work at that place, it can be to leave there if you find that's the root cause
