Finally got an offer after 6 months but should I take it?

I'm a 2022 grad. Got an FTE offer from WITCH after completing their internship. I waited for them to onboard me after graduating, but after a few months, they revoked my offer. So, I started applying everywhere, grinded Leetcode & did some open-source contributions.

After 6000 applications and 100 interviews, I finally got an offer today. 100% hike as compared to my previous FTE offer. It's from a small firm in Delhi, I've to relocate since it's WFO. Had a chat with the founder. He was a very nice guy & pretty frank. Said I would be working on their own product, so it won't be like working in WITCH (Client Projects) or FAANG (Latest Tech). I would've to take ownership of modules. Told me I should think about the offer & take a concerned decision. Role is FE (React).

So, should I take their offer? I have 2 other interviews lined up this week. Both of them would be around 120% hike if I cleared them.

Take the offer and keep interviewing. Rejecting an offer during this time would be a bit risky given the macroeconomic conditions.

@Kafkaa If I get a better offer after accepting this one, can I refuse to join? It's legal right?

Yes you should

Bro, first thing first, as a fresher from Tier 3 College, you don’t pick and choose, you grab the first offer and get going. Also, I see you have already lost a few months, due to previous offer being revoked by witches (must be sounding so suitable to you), so there is no question to ask here. Say Yes, join the company, you can leave them even a few months after joining, it is a free world, just don’t waste any time…
