Okay if you’re single.
For family - unless they provide accommodation assistance; don’t go. Won’t be as comfortable as India.
Source - I work in UAE.

Can you please tell why ?

I can tell about my expenses 1BR - 5K AED (non downtown area) Utilities - 1.5K AED Food - 2K AED (cook + grocery) Eating out - 1.5K AED Maid - 600 AED Car - 2K AED Petrol - 500 AED Gym - 1K AED Miscellaneous- 2K Total - 16K AED
This is just fixed, add in amortised gift + travel (I reserve 30K AED combined for both per annum).
The remaining amount can be saved (40%) + invested (60%)
I’m single and live essentially upper middle class lifestyle as I’d in india. I assume you’d want that too. If you live in sought after area like Marina- cost would be 20% higher. If you have kids - add in 4K additionally for schooling.
You’d practically end up saving as much as india only - if you’re lucky.
Unless your partner has a good job , it seems to be frisky move.

If it's the same firm, I would suggest go for it.
Multi-cultural exposure helps in more ways than you can think of. I am also assuming the decision would be short term and reversible if you do not want to extend it.

Also, you can say you do not like the terms but are open to moving. Another international role without a demotion might come along.
MNCs like EY have this USP.

Very risky. Do it keeping in mind only few years & u’ll be ok once u return

You did not tell years of experience/age
Savings - Yes
Expat life -Yes
Trips to Europe-Yes
International exposure -Yes
Etc etc
Designations- Ignore
What you will be missing is
Family support
India life ( for short term , I guess)
Basically your personal decision

@Bluelagoon can so did you moved and how was your experience?
