Personal gym trainer
Does anyone know of good personal fitness trainers for basic level in and around Bellandur/Koramangala ? Going to gym doesn’t worked out for me and need this for accountability.

Start with pushups, squats and walking. Do as many reps as you can till you get tired. Walk for 7-8km a day. That's more than enough exercise for 3-4 days a week. You can do it daily as well.
I somehow feel there’s a huge market for some quality step by step guide on this.
but some youtube channels like atleanx, bodybuilding.com provide no bs quality content.

I am done with Push Pull Legs and doing that 6 days a week. Willing to get a coach if they can make me look more jacked and/or help me run faster, jump higher and lift heavier.
