Working at GS. Moving to Flipkart now.
GS has bad worklife balance and too much process orientation. Lot of dependency on US people, felt like is a waste of time and energy.

Goldman Sachs. Culture is great, campus is great. Employee policies are also very good around leaves, etc. And then, bonus payout is usually higher than 10%-20%.

Go Flipkart ! Amount of learning would be lot more
