Why are companies not recruiting data analyst people as a fresher. They prioritise only experienced candidates. If there is no vacancy for freshers how will they get experience. If anybody knows the answer please clear me

These roles require one to have experience. If you lack in experience, you can back it up with lots of personal projects and skillsets. Certifications are a plus. When it comes to actual work, certifications aren't of much value unless the certified person has the skills to back it up. But HRs find certifications quite enticing in CVs. It can help you get through initial screening.
