Freshers when they get this first salar

Company calls it 21L packages, but it’s not per annum rather a cumulative of 3 years.

So the data is old but from what i read,

you get 3.3lpa for the first 15-18 months, post that you receive a one time 5L bonus.

then you work for 5....
