At the offer negotiation stage for Lead Software Engineer role at Freshworks, Chennai

Current Tc - 40LPA + 15% VIP

How much can I negotiate? Would they be open for 45-50 base ?

Also, how is the Dev Marketplace platform team? Any feedback would be appreciated.
