From PwC to Startup

I don't know that I take a good or bad decision to join a startup from PwC. But what I see is the work life balance. Shifting from home to Gurgaon it's bit challenging.

If you’re early in your career, this is the best thing to do. I was in PwC for 1.5yrs before shifting to startups and have worked 5 more years since.

With regards to work life balance, it’s true startups relatively have more working hours. But again you would be rewarded in skills at least where as an average PwC employee only stagnates themselves. Just to switch among other big4 companies.
