Founders had zero empathy and build a toxic culture. One of my friend who worked as designer there literally came home crying once a week and complained of workplace harassment

An ex-coworker joined frontrow last year in May. Frontrow laid off almost the entire growth and marketing department shortly after that. And just a few months later they laid off 90% of their tech team citing a product shift. I heard that they paid huge compensation to celebs to onboard them and their seed fund wasn't that good.

Interned here an year back. Learned important lessons regarding how not to develop the product and how not to handle customer calls. They rarely followed their cancellation policies and the way the classes were held was absurd. The only startup out of the other ones I interned at where the number of interns was >> than FTE. Didn’t understand how their scale was sustainable at all. Was a total shitshow from my pov



Runway is getting exhausted
